Steward

The Steward (Dishwasher) is a pivotal and essential position at Carriqui. S/he will oversee thorough dishwashing procedures and practices to fully sanitize each dish according to health and safety standards. S/he is in charge of maintaining a clean kitchen throughout the shift.
