Culinarian

The Culinarian (Cook) will effectively work a la carte lunch, dinner, and events. This team member assists with food production and staff meals, assist in maintaining smooth operations of the kitchen as well as ensure food is prepared according to recipes and techniques as specified. The Culinarian assists in training line staff to kitchen standards.
