The Spirit Guide (Bartender) delivers food and beverage orders to guests according to Carriqui's specifications and standards, courteously and efficiently. S/he will assist in the maintenance of the bar/restaurant areas and equipment as well as be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing of guest charges and maintaining bar stocks and par levels.

The Server Assistant (Busser) resets tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Server Assistants are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeter, as well as supporting servers and staff with pre-bussing and other duties.

The Experience Maker (Server) will come in ready to work with a pressed uniform and groomed, take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently.

The Greeter (Host) is often the first point of contact for guests. S/he embodies the hospitable spirit of Carriqui and assists in greeting, seating, pre-bussing, preparing the space, and ensuring Carriqui’s standards of service.
