Carriqui celebrates the South Texas tradition of drawing flavor from fire.

Inspired by the flight path of our namesake bird, our menus feature regional favorites from the Rio Grande Valley, Texas coast, and the Hill Country. Nearly every dish is touched by the glowing embers of our custom-forged pits, smoker, or grill, all fueled by native wood. Along with housemade tortillas, cold margaritas, and warm hospitality, each meal is an opportunity to experience the vibrant food and spirit of our South Texas culture.
